Interactive and reconstructions: the “Volochaev Days” festival will be held in the Jewish Autonomous Region
On February 10, 2024, the interregional military-historical festival “Volochaev Days” will be held, dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of the Volochaev operation, which took place during the Civil War in the Far East. Since 2017, the festival has been held in an iconic historical place - at the foot of the Volochaevskaya hill, where fierce battles took place in February 1922 between the People's Revolutionary Army of the Far Eastern Republic and the White Rebel Army.
An interactive program has been prepared for viewers, aimed at immersing themselves in the historical era and instilling interest in the study of history. The culmination of the festival will be the military-historical reconstruction of the Volochaevsky battle using samples of historical weapon.
