The ASI platform hosted a round table entitled "Development of Intelligent Energy in Isolated and Hard-to-Access Territories of the Far North: Problems and Solutions." The event was devoted to discussing the results of a report prepared by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the “EnergyNet” Infrastructure Center, and the “Russian Energy Agency” of the Ministry of Energy as part of the implementation of the “EnergyNet” roadmap and the initiative to create a project center for the development of local engineering infrastructure.
The implementation of this initiative assumes replacing the existing inefficient diesel (fuel oil, coal) generation based on the introduction of modern energy technologies, including renewable energy sources, as well as ensuring local energy supply for new investment projects far from the centralized energy infrastructure.
