Industrial park for light industry will be created by new resident of "Primorye" ASEZ in 2027

A resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ, the “Global Warehouse Real Estate” company, will open an industrial park to accommodate small businesses operating in the light industry, including electronics, clothing and furniture production, and other areas. The park format provides for a combination of production modules, office premises, warehouses, and showrooms. It is planned that the park will be occupied by 22 residents. According to an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), more than 990 million rubles will be invested in the project, and 13 jobs will be created.

"We are creating an industrial park of the Light Industrial type, which is a complex of modular, compact production and warehouse facilities integrated into the urban environment or located near it. The project will be implemented on the De-Friz Peninsula in the Nadezhdinsky District of Primorsky Region. The presence of a developed transport infrastructure and proximity to Vladivostok make this area attractive for placement. And flexible rental conditions for premises are affordable, especially for individual entrepreneurs, family businesses and start-ups," the company reported.

The project will include the construction of 8 warehouse blocks with an area of ​​447 sq. m, 1 industrial workshop and 21 production modules with administrative and household buildings with an area of ​​500 sq. m, which will allow for the accommodation of enterprises of 22 park residents.
