And flexible rental conditions for premises are affordable, especially for individual entrepreneurs, family businesses and start-ups," the company reported.
The project will include the construction of 8 warehouse blocks with an area of 447 sq. m, 1 industrial workshop and 21 production modules with administrative and household buildings with an area of 500 sq. m, which will allow for the accommodation of enterprises of 22 park residents.
