Import substitution. A new resident of the Freeport of Vladivostok (FPV) in Primorye will open trailer and semi-trailer production in 2028

“Rusdorservis”, a Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) resident, will build a trailer and semi-trailer production facility in Artyom, Primorsky Region. The facility will be capable of producing approximately 480 semi-trailers annually. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the project will invest 400 million rubles and create 34 jobs.

"Import substitution for trailers and semi-trailers produced by major German brands is the goal of our project. The low cost of our products while maintaining high quality will allow us to establish a stable market position and offer Russian transport companies a reliable domestic alternative. The project's implementation was made possible thanks to our status as a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok. The tax incentives and administrative preferences provided by the regime will allow us to implement the project quickly and with minimal costs," noted Sima Aloyan, Director of "Rusdorservis" LLC.
