Import substitution. The first hydrogen peroxide production in the Far East will be created by a new resident of the “Nadezhdinskaya” ASEZ in Primorye
“NPO PRIMKHIM”, a resident of the “Nadezhdinskaya” ASEZ, will build the first hydrogen peroxide production facility in the Far East. The first stage of the plant will be put into operation in 2024; it will be able to produce about 20 tons of raw materials per month. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), 44 million rubles will be invested in the project.
“Hydrogen peroxide is widely used in the
pharmaceutical, cosmetic, medical and textile industries, as well as in other
fields. Today in Russia, the bulk of hydrogen peroxide is produced in the Volga
Federal District. A third of the hydrogen peroxide consumed in Russia is now
imported. The first such production will appear in the Far East in 2024. We
will start producing from 20 tons of products per month, until 2028, we will
systematically expand production and output. This will meet the needs of
regional producers in various industries and reduce the import of the
substance,” said Oleg Dorozhko, General Director of “NPO PRIMKHIM” LLC.
