“GT Energo” will develop distributed generation in the Far East and the Arctic

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the joint stock company “GT Energo” have entered into an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of investment projects for the construction of distributed generation facilities and local energy infrastructure in the regions of the Far East and the Arctic. The signing of the document took place within the framework of the conference “Energy Security of the Far North. Investments in the development of local energy infrastructure" in Moscow. According to the General Director of “GT Energo” JSC Sergei Tugolukov, the company provides a full range of services for the construction and management of gas turbine stations (GT CHPP) with the subsequent sale of electrical and thermal energy and is interested in developing business in the Far East and the Arctic. Currently, the company's portfolio includes 18 generation facilities in 15 regions of Russia, including the Center, the Urals, Siberia, the North-West and the South. “GT Energo's” solutions, implemented based on its own developments, make it possible to ensure uninterrupted and efficient energy supply to consumers in any geographic location of the country. The company's product line includes a power unit of the GT-009GT Arctic modification, which is designed to operate in the Arctic and can operate in permafrost conditions.
