“DOM.RF” Group financed the construction of a second rental building in Kamchatka

In Yelizovo (Kamchatka Region), the second building in the region has been built under the "Affordable Rental Housing in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation" program, operated by “DOM.RF”. Funding for the construction was provided by “DOM.RF” Bank. Tenants have already received 188 apartments. The further development of the program was discussed during a working visit to the region by Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District.

The total area of the rental building on Zashchitnikov Donbassa Street is approximately 8,500 square meters. Residents are provided with 113 one-, 48 two-, and 27 three-bedroom apartments. The building was constructed with consideration for the peninsula's seismic features and utilizes energy-efficient technologies to minimize heat loss during exploitation.

The categories of tenants in Yelizovo have been determined by the Kamchatka Region government. Residents include medical professionals, teachers, defense industry workers, and specialists in other in-demand professions. The monthly rent for an apartment of approximately 34 square meters is 7,300 rubles, while for an apartment of approximately 69 square meters, it is 14,900 rubles. The new rental building was constructed with project financing from “DOM.RF” Bank totaling 1.2 billion rubles.
