At the XI Eastern Economic Forum, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and “Elena Resort” signed a cooperation agreement to build the "Elena's Bay" hotel complex in Primorsky Region. The document was signed by Sergey Skaly, Deputy General Director for Investment Project Support at FEDC, Igor Shapovalov, General Director of “Elena Resort”, and Nikolay Stetsko, Deputy Chairman of the Primorsky Region Government.
The project will cover approximately 4.5 hectares on the southern side of the island. It will be more than just a hotel, but a full-fledged resort cluster, including a five-star hotel, a spa, restaurants, and public spaces. Investment volume will total 6 billion rubles, and implementation is scheduled for 2027-2031.
