State support helped a resident of SPV build a recreation center with affordable prices in Primorye
The Radio Primorye Company, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), has built an economy-class recreation center on the territory of Triozerye Bay in Primorsky Region. The new facility will give tourists the opportunity to relax in comfort and at an affordable price in one of the most picturesque locations in the region. The investor invested more than 50 million rubles in the project, taking advantage of the tax benefits of the preferential regime of the FPV.
"The territories covered by the FPV regime are attractive for the development of the tourism business due to their picturesque nature and rich history, tax and administrative preferences that allow new recreational facilities to be created quickly and at lower costs. In Primorsky Region, FPV residents have launched 20 tourism projects and invested 23 billion rubles in the region's economy," commented Alexey Dunayev, Director of FEDC “Primorye”.
