On November 20, the renovated “Kholdomi” resort was the first in the Far East to open the ski season. The trails, certified by the International Ski Federation for competitions in most disciplines of alpine skiing and snowboarding, welcomed the first fans of sports recreation. The “Kholdomi” resort is being developed in the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), residents of the ASEZ have invested 1.26 billion rubles in the site's projects, and 149 jobs have been created. “On November 20, we are the first to open the season. We welcome mountain sports enthusiasts and travelers with new snowy slopes, cable cars equipped with warm rest areas even at the highest altitude, cozy hotels and cafes. “Kholdomi” is developing at an accelerated pace - we as residents are supported by infrastructure, and various benefits help to use additional funds for construction, equipment and, most importantly, attracting the best personnel,” commented Andrey Olefirenko, General Director of GLK “Kholdomi”.
