The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDС), together with the Pacific State University, are launching a webinar program “School of Municipalities. "A hectare in the Far East and the Arctic: from local practice to agglomerations". The educational program will help specialists from municipalities in the regions of the Far East and the Arctic to work under the «Hektar program» in the East and North of Russia. How to register a land plot for ownership or lease, how to calculate the rent, tax base, how to provide land plots with infrastructure facilities - the answers to these and other questions will be received by the students during the classes.
