Since 2018, the resident of the special economic zone - the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), the «Amity Plus» company has been implementing a project to create a recreation complex on an area of almost 80 hectares of a former construction company. Under an agreement with the FEDC, the amount of investment in the project is 202.8 million rubles, of which 178.5 million rubles have already been used. Now the park is already working, but the company continues to invest in the development of the territory.
