Elvira Nurgalieva inspected the construction of the Creative Industries Center in Ulan-Ude

Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East Elvira Nurgalieva and Head of the Republic of Buryatia Alexey Tsydenov visited the Creative Industries Center under construction in Ulan-Ude.

The project is currently 75% complete. Work is underway on the façade, brickwork for walls and partitions, electrical and plumbing installations, finishing work, and other projects.

Elvira Nurgalieva emphasized the importance of providing public and coworking spaces on each floor to attract young entrepreneurs and various creative teams.

"This shouldn't just be a collection of individual spaces. The center should function as a campus and an open urban space—a place where you can not only purchase a product but also engage in a creative environment, visit workshops, gain new knowledge, and become part of a creative community," noted Elvira Nurgalieva.
