A new FPV resident is creating an eco-glamping park in Vladivostok

“KARAT” company has become the newest resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) preferential regime to create an eco-glamping park. The site, with its own power and water supply, will feature seven A-frame cabins accommodating 4 to 6 people each, a café, and areas for educational activities and campfire relaxation. The facility will be aimed at tourists seeking the comfort of nature. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), private investment totals 27 million rubles, creating 11 jobs. The year-round recreation center, being built in the health resort area of the capital of the Far East, will begin welcoming guests in the second quarter of 2029.

"The project's goal is to develop tourism infrastructure and create a comfortable environment for outdoor recreation. In addition to accommodation in modern modular cabins, guests will have access to a lecture hall for master classes and film screenings, a café with an outdoor terrace, and landscaped areas for both quiet relaxation and active leisure," said Varduhi Amiraghyan, CEO of “KARAT” LLC.

According to a resident of the FPV, the preferential regime was a key factor in launching the investment project. State support makes it possible to implement business initiatives aimed at developing domestic tourism in the Far East.

The park's infrastructure will be completely autonomous: solar panels, a diesel generator, on-site wastewater treatment facilities, and water supply systems are planned. This will minimize environmental impact and ensure the complex's stable operation year-round.
