The only “Crucian Carp Museum” in the Far East is being developed “on hectares” in Yakutia
In the Far East, the number of domestic tourism projects implemented on land received under the Hectare program is growing. In Yakutia, 150 kilometers from the capital of the republic, near the village of Bulus in the Namsky ulus, on the picturesque bank of a tributary of the Lena River, the Pestryakov family built a guest house called "Beloe Ozero". The only "Crucian Carp Museum" in the country operates here. The entrepreneurs told the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) about their project.
"The “Beloye Ozero” Guest House is located near the main republican highway Yakutsk - Sangar," says the author of the project, Lyuchiya Pestryakova. "The house is built in the form of a traditional dwelling of the Sakha people - a balagan. And it has everything that modern hotels usually offer. The guest house furniture and interior items are made by folk craftsmen in the national style. The house is equipped with an autonomous heating system, which allows to set a comfortable temperature depending on the weather conditions.
