Two new residents of the “Sakhalin” ASEZ will launch projects in the field of tourism and family recreation
The companies “EKOLAIFE” and “Modern hospitality technologies”, as residents of the “Sakhalin” ASEZ, are implementing projects aimed at developing tourism infrastructure and creating comfortable conditions for family vacations in the island region. The total volume of capital investments under agreements with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) is about 200 million rubles, creating 26 jobs.
The project of the “EKOLAIFE” company includes the construction of 20 residential houses, a multifunctional educational hall for 100 people, a tent camp for 50 people, a playground, bicycle paths, a rope park with 40 stages and a paintball zone, and 5 all-season gazebos for recreation will also be built. The "Eco-camp" will be put into operation in three stages from 2025 to 2028.
The company "Modern Hospitality Technologies" will build a family recreation complex within the sports and tourist complex "Mountain Air". The complex will include a hotel with 10 rooms, a cafe with panoramic glazing for 50 people, two bath areas with a full range of spa services, recreation areas with grill areas. The launch of the complex is scheduled for 2027.
