Additional flights to and from Moscow, improvement of courtyard areas, modernization of greenhouses and opening of “School 21”: the first results of the implementation of the master plan of the urban Anadyr agglomeration

In Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, the implementation of the long-term plan for the comprehensive socio-economic development of the district capital until 2030 continues. The plan was approved by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and confirmed by the Government of the Russian Federation. «Almost half of the district's population lives in the Anadyr agglomeration. The master plan, according to which we are already working, allows us to implement key projects that are important for the development of Chukotka. It clearly defines what will be done, in what time frame and with what funds. This is a real plan for the development of the region and improving the quality of life of people. As a result, we will receive new infrastructure – schools, kindergartens, residential buildings, as well as an increase in real wages in the district, the creation of new jobs for residents, landscaping, improved communication quality, and the development of small and medium businesses,” emphasized the district governor Vladislav Kuznetsov.
