The "House of Polar Trout" will be built on the shores of Lake Plesozero by a new resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation

“BLK-Fish” has received resident status in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF). Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the resident has begun implementing an investment project to create the "House of Polar Trout" tourist complex. The facility will be built on the shores of Lake Plesozero in the town of Polyarnye Zori in the Murmansk Region. The investment volume is 25.9 million rubles.

"With 25 years of experience in fish farming, we decided to create an agritourism product unique to the region. The "House of Polar Trout" is a synergy between our core business and hospitality. Guests will not only be able to relax in a unique natural environment but also feed trout and sturgeon in the summer and see how fish are raised in the Arctic. We plan to welcome the first 600 tourists as early as 2027," noted Irina Shirvel, CEO of “BLK-fish” LLC.

The project includes the construction of four comfortable guest houses and an administrative building. The infrastructure will include parking, a playground, and is fully accessible to guests with limited mobility. The complex is unique due to its connection to the investor company's existing trout farm: tourists will be offered tours introducing them to the year-round fish farming process in the Arctic.
