The “Primorye” House-Building Plant (resident of the “Nadezhdinskaya” ASEZ, part of the “DNS Development” group of companies) introduced a new product to the construction industry of the Far East - reinforced concrete house kits for individual housing construction.
Currently, five ready-made house designs are available that can be assembled from factory products in just 4-7 days. These are one-story cottages with an area of 75 m2, 85 m2 or 100 m2, as well as two-story cottages with an area of 120 m2 or 150 m2. The line is planned to expand in the future.
House kits for the construction of cottage settlements are in demand by representatives of the construction industry of the Far East - about 20 developers have already shown interest in the new product and are negotiating cooperation with the plant.
