Preferential lending program for the construction of production buildings for the SEZ
Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Dmitry Vakhrukov, within the framework of the session “Evolution of preferential regimes in Russia” at the Eastern Economic Forum, announced plans for preferential lending to management companies in the SEZ for the construction of production buildings.
“The creation of ready-made production space will speed up the implementation of investment projects in the SEZ - businesses will be able to choose suitable premises, install equipment and begin work, bypassing the long investment and construction phase. We see such a request most of all from high-tech businesses, which make the main contribution to achieving technological sovereignty,” the deputy minister noted.
