As part of the business program of the «Army-2022» International Military-Technical Forum, which was held in Moscow, the Russian Ministry of Energy organized a discussion on the transfer of military, special and dual-use technologies to the fuel and energy complex. Vasily Potemkin, Deputy Director of the Industry Expertise Department of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), took part in the discussion.
