The Far Eastern digital financial asset project in the creative economy took second place at the 16th annual FINAWARD 2026 financial industry innovation and achievement awards

The 16th annual FINAWARD 2026 awards ceremony for innovation and achievement in the financial industry took place in Moscow on May 27. Second place in the "Digital Financial Assets in Client Products and Services" category went to the post-production digital financial assets (DFA) release of the Yakut film "My Taiga Vacations." “Reengineering Investment Technologies” received the well-deserved award. Recognition in the professional community was made possible by the systematic work of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) to introduce modern investment products into the creative economy of the Far Eastern Federal District.

Gasan Gasanbalaev, Deputy General Director for Social Development at the FEDC, commented on the award ceremony for the FINAWARD award. "This is a significant event for the filmmakers, the issuer, and the entire system of support for creative industries in the Far East. It is especially valuable that the joint project between the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and the Tokeon platform received such high praise, on par with such leading banks as Alfa-Bank and T-Bank. This is the best illustration of the effectiveness of the agreement signed at the EEF 2025.

Recognition from the professional community paves the way for replicating the model. Following the Yakut film project, other creative economy projects in the Far Eastern Federal District could be funded, from IT developments to the hospitality industry. "I congratulate the RTI and Tokeon teams and thank the award's expert council for their objectivity!" said Gasan Gasanbalaev.
