"Far Eastern Quarter" in the city of Chita will be built by “Samolet” Group
At the “Russia” exhibition and forum, as part of the Far East and Arctic Day program, an agreement was signed with the developer of the “Far Eastern Quarter” in Chita - the SZ PROJECT-S-47 company (part of the “Samolet” Group, which this year came out on top among developers in terms of construction volumes in Russia). The company will implement the project under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) as a resident of the “Transbaikalia” priority development territory (ASEZ). Investments in the Far Eastern Quarter project in Chita will amount to 27.2 billion rubles.
More than 36.7 hectares have been allocated for complex residential development within Chita. Until 2033, 238 thousand square meters of housing will be built here in stages., which can accommodate about 8 thousand people. At least 44 thousand sq. m of the total area of the apartments the developer will provide for purchase for social needs. Commissioning of the first stage of construction in the amount of at least 27 thousand square meters should take place no later than December 2026.
