The company "SZ "PROEKT-S-47" (part of the “Samolet” Group) received permission to build the first stage of the "Far Eastern Quarter" in the city of Chita. The document was issued by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic. The project is being implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) in the status of a resident of the advanced development territory "Zabaikalye", the investment volume is 27.2 billion rubles.
The first stage of construction, with a volume of at least 27.5 thousand square meters, should be commissioned no later than December 2026. In total, by 2033, the developer will gradually build 238 thousand square meters of housing for 8 thousand people on more than 36.7 hectares allocated for integrated residential development in Chita. The investor will make 100% of the total area of apartments available for purchase for social needs.
