The Far Eastern regions exchanged practices in the use of concession mechanisms

The activities of public-private partnership centers and the experience of the Far Eastern Federal District regions in attracting private investment were discussed by participants in the session “PPP in the Far East. How to stimulate private investment in infrastructure? Best practices of the Far Eastern Federal District regions." Representatives of executive authorities and experts, who are implementing or planning to implement projects on PPP terms, attended the event. Alexey Tokar, executive director of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation for public-private partnership projects, moderated the session. The session participants discussed the development of concession mechanisms in the Far East using the example of three regions: the Amur Region, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Sakhalin Region (Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk).
