The work was carried out within the framework of the social development plan for the economic growth centers of the region at the expense of the "Unified subsidy" of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the regional budget. In 2020-2022, more than 35 million rubles were received from the federal budget for the reconstruction of the stadium, the regional co-financing amounted to 24.7 million rubles.
