The SPV resident's tea house will become a platform for bringing the cultures of Russia and China closer

In 2025, the company "Uxin Wenhua" under the agreement with the KRDV will implement a project to create a tea house. The facility will be located in the "Old Yard of GUM" in the central part of Vladivostok and will become a platform for cultural exchange and rapprochement of Russian and Chinese traditions. It is planned that the main visitors will be Russian and foreign tourists, as well as residents of Primorsky Region. A wide range of services will be provided here – from tea ceremonies and master classes on traditional Chinese cuisine to calligraphy training. Investments in the project amount to more than 800 thousand rubles. "Our mission is to introduce the city's residents and guests to the true Chinese tea culture. We hope that the tea house will become a center of attraction for officials as well. The Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Vladivostok has already expressed interest in our project," said Anna Savchenko, General Director of “Usin Wenhua” LLC. The project will create spaces for 60 seats. These are separate areas for holding (tea) ceremonies and for closer acquaintance with such elements of Chinese culture as calligraphy, traditional cuisine, and the game of mahjong.
