A private investor is implementing a large-scale project in the Primorsky Region to build the “Artyom” “dry port”

At the Eastern Economic Forum 2023, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the “FinInvest” Company agreed to cooperate in the implementation of the project for the construction of the multimodal Transport and Logistics Center (TLC) "Artyom" in the Primorsky Region. The cooperation agreement was signed by the General Director of the FEDC Nikolay Zapryagaev and the General Director of “FinInvest” LLC Alexander Kakhidze. “TLC “Artyom” is one of the key objects of the backbone network of multimodal transport and logistics centers in Russia, which is being created by our group of companies in order to increase the speed of delivery of goods in containers along the Russian railway network and reduce logistics costs,” said the general director of the LLC. "FinInvest" Alexander Kakhidze. “The “Artyom” Transport and logistics center will optimize the operation of ports and solve long-term strategic tasks of increasing capacity and modernizing the transport and logistics infrastructure in the Primorsky Territory. We support the business initiatives of our investors. We will provide access to a significant range of government support instruments - tax benefits and administrative preferences, and support the project at all stages of its development. The first step is to provide the company with resident status. In addition, we have already initiated the expansion of the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ to the land plots necessary for the implementation of the project. Currently, the package of documents is undergoing the approval procedure in the federal executive authorities,” emphasized Nikolay Zapryagaev, General Director of the FEDC.
