A resident of the Khabarovsk ASEZ will invest more than 700 million rubles in the construction of a new industrial park
The R1 development company (resident of the Khabarovsk ASEZ) will build an industrial and logistics park equipped with the necessary infrastructure on the “Rakitnoye” site of the “Khabarovsk” priority development territory to accommodate new production facilities. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, the new resident of the ASEZ will invest more than 704 million rubles in the project. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2025.
The new generation industrial and Logistics Park, based on the principles of sustainable development ESG, will be located on a site of 3.4 hectares. The usable area will be almost 1.2 hectares.
“Investments in the amount of 704 million rubles have been declared. Upon completion of the project, industrial companies, primarily from Khabarovsk, will be offered space for rent. The investor has already made an application for the need for infrastructure: electricity, gas and water supply, sewerage,” said Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government - Minister of Economic Development of the Territory Viktor Kalashnikov.
