Over 252 billion rubles have been allocated to improve housing conditions for residents of the region at unprecedentedly low rates. One of these families lives in Magadan. Andrei and Olga Sabadash have two children - 6-year-old Yaroslav and Mikhail, who is only 7 months old. The young family lived for a long time in a one-room apartment. After the birth of their second child, Andrei and Olga decided to improve their living conditions with the help of the “Far Eastern Mortgage” program.
