Concrete production has become a new niche for business in the Khabarovsk Region. The demand for concrete is now very high. Private business is ready to invest more than 500 million rubles in the region's economy to implement projects for the production of ready-mixed concrete and various reinforced concrete structures. Under agreements with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic and with the support of the regional government, three enterprises are being created at once: Stellar, Quarry-Concrete DV, DSK Progress. Another one - "NGB Blok" - has already been put into operation. The launch of these projects will create more than 220 jobs, of the announced over 500 million rubles of investments, more than 144 million have already been actually invested.
Another company plans to complete the construction of a plant for the production of ready-mixed concrete and reinforced concrete structures in the village of Nekrasovka. After the facility is put into operation, another 120 specialists will get jobs. The latest project is the largest in terms of investment - about 1 billion rubles.
