“Konstruktor” company, a new resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ, will launch a modern sandwich panel and expanded polystyrene production facility in Khabarovsk to meet the needs of the region's construction industry. Commissioning is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028. Under the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, the project will involve investment of 92.5 million rubles, creating 21 new jobs.
The production complex will be built at the “Rakitnoye” site in the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ. The project includes the construction of two buildings with a total floor area of 2,880 square meters. The facility's capacity will allow for the annual production of up to 142,800 square meters of sandwich panels. The panels will be manufactured with expanded polystyrene insulation.
