“Aurora Airlines” and the “Ural Civil Aviation Plant” signed an agreement of intent regarding the supply of TVRS-44 Ladoga aircraft

JSC "Aurora Airlines" and "Ural Civil Aviation Plant" (JSC "UZGA"), within the framework of the International Exhibition and Forum "Russia", signed an agreement of intent regarding the supply of TVRS-44 "Ladoga" aircraft. This will help improve transport accessibility in the Far Eastern Federal District, realize a comprehensive program for the development of the aviation industry of the Russian Federation until 2030, and implement the list of instructions based on the results of the Eastern Economic Forum, approved by the President of the Russian Federation. The parties agreed to reconcile the essential terms for the supply of TVRS-44 aircraft, including determining the configuration of the aircraft, the composition of the equipment, warranty obligations and a package of after-sales services. The parties intend to enter into an agreement for the supply of fifteen “Ladoga” aircraft with the involvement of the leading leasing company of the Russian Federation for the subsequent lease of aircraft to the Airline for the performance of socially significant transportation and aviation work in the Far Eastern Federal District. The document was signed by the General Director of Aurora Airlines JSC Konstantin Sukhorebrik and the General Director of UZGA JSC Sergey Fedorov in the presence of the Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic Alexey Chekunkov.
