“Artel of Prospectors “Chukotka” LLC received the status of a resident of the free port of Vladivostok (FPV) to implement a project to develop the “Bystrinskoye” deposit in the Chaunsky district of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. The first gold and silver bars will be obtained in 2025. Under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV), 214 million rubles will be invested in the investment project, the funds will be used to reconstruct the gold recovery plant. The new enterprise will employ 59 people.

company will receive a full set of tax benefits and administrative preferences,
that are available to FPV residents: insurance premiums reduced to 7.6% for 10
years, zero taxes on property and profits for the first 5 years, application of
the free customs zone procedure and so on. The implementation of the project
will have a positive impact on the development of precious metals mining in the
region,” said Sergey Kolyadko, Director of the KRDV Chukotka.
