The project to attract, select and evaluate personnel for the management teams of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, implemented by the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic with the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, was included in the top 100 ideas, presented at the forum "Strong ideas for the new time", organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Rosscongress Foundation.

The development of the Arctic is one of the key strategic objectives of the country's development. The implementation of infrastructure, investment and social projects in the Arctic, requires professional, courageous and ambitious people.

The goal of the program is to acquaint
interested employers with the best candidates for them in 9 areas: urban
planning and housing and communal services; Mass media and information
technologies; economics and Management; medicine and health care; education and
culture; nature management and ecology; tourism and sports; energy and
industry; social sphere.
