Opening the event, the minister emphasized two key principles to follow: "First, take care of your health. Second, put your inner narcissist aside – just be human and do your job well. This is the most difficult part: the scope, depth, and scale of the tasks before us are enormous. Quality is our benchmark," the minister noted.
During the second part of the meeting, the cadets actively asked questions regarding the Northern Sea Route and Northern Delivery, human capital, the specifics of organizing large infrastructure projects, and prospects for regional transformation. Particular attention was paid to the practical aspects of professional work. The cadets received recommendations regarding focusing on real project performance indicators, the importance of timely implementation of innovative solutions, and the mandatory consideration of public opinion in key decision-making.
Concluding the meeting, the minister emphasized the importance of municipal public service, emphasizing the primary role of personal responsibility for each employee, and wished the cadets success in completing the program.
