Alexey Chekunkov discussed the results of the development of the Far East and the Arctic for 2024 with the relevant State Duma Committee

The head of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East Alexey Chekunkov met with the relevant parliamentary Committee for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic. The meeting of the Committee was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya, the head of the Committee Nikolay Kharitonov, auditor of the Accounts Chamber Natalya Trunova, representatives of the Far Eastern and Arctic regions, deputies from other committees. The main topic of the meeting was the deliberation of the results of joint work, as well as the formulation of new perspective tasks and priorities. Alexey Chekunkov expressed gratitude to the State Duma for joint work on the creation of federal laws, in pursuance of which more than 1,500 resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation have already been adopted, aimed at creating the best conditions for business and improving the quality of life of people in the Far East and the Arctic.
