This weekend, VDNKh will host the first gastronomic festival of Far Eastern cuisine, during which leading restaurateurs will hold a series of free master classes for the whole family on cooking popular dishes of the Far East and the Arctic. Residents and guests of the capital will be able to enjoy seafood delicacies and get acquainted with unusual dishes.
It is worth noting that over the past few years, Far Eastern cuisine has not only acquired its characteristic features, but has also taken its special place on the gastronomic map of Russia and the world. The success of Far Eastern restaurateurs, a modern approach to doing business and a high level of service have become one of the drivers of economic and social development in the Far East.
The program of events was prepared by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation with the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East.
