The “Amurskaya” ASEZ attracted 2 billion rubles: a new resident will build a logistics complex on the border with China

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and “AYGRUPP” company signed an agreement to operate in the “Amurskaya” ASEZ. The new resident's investment project includes the construction of a 39,700 square meter logistics complex at the “Rovnoye” investment site, in close proximity to the “Blagoveshchensk-Heihe” international highway bridge. Under the agreement with FEDC, investment in the project totals approximately 2 billion rubles. The first phase of the facility will be commissioned in 2028, and the second in 2030.

The complex will include warehouse buildings with administrative and utility spaces, checkpoints, a boiler room, open parking lots, as well as modern loading and unloading and engineering equipment.

To implement the project, “AYGRUPP” will utilize the full range of government support measures available to residents of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ: reduced insurance premiums of 7.6% for 10 years, zero property and income taxes for the first five years, access to land and infrastructure support, free customs zone procedures, product and service promotion, legal protection, and other government support tools.
