11 agglomerations of “Far Eastern hectares” received infrastructure – roads and electricity

Compactly located groups of land plots, which were received by residents of the Far Eastern regions under the "Hektar" program, receive support for the development of infrastructure. Financing of the infrastructure development of settlements is provided both at the expense of the federal and regional budgets, as well as within the framework of a subsidy provided by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East.

The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, together with the regions of the Far East, analyzes the demand for territories that are being developed under the «Hectare» program, determines locations in which 20 or more citizens took plots located within the boundaries of a settlement or at a distance of no more than 20 kilometers fr om locality. As a result, agglomerations are identified wh ere citizens are actively developing the land and the construction of infrastructure is most needed.

The previously selected agglomerations have already built infrastructure - roads and power grids. 4 agglomerations are located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 3 - in the Khabarovsk Region, 4 - in the Sakhalin Region. In total, these are 1963 plots provided under the «Hectare» program to 2487 citizens.
