The Khabarovsk Pipe Plant project began in 2016 under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). Over the past decade, the plant has become a significant element of the region's industrial and infrastructure system, making a substantial contribution to the development of the construction industry in the Far East and other regions of Russia.
The KhPP production site covers 12.2 hectares and includes nine production lines with a total capacity of up to 30,500 tons per year. The company uses domestic raw materials and Russian technologies, ensuring competitive pricing and making its products an important element of the import substitution program. Thanks to localized production, regions of the Far East are provided with high-quality tubular products from one of the leading Russian markets, eliminating the need for imported alternatives.
