Applications for infrastructure subsidies for investors in the Far East have begun to be accepted
The Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East announces the start of accepting documents from legal entities implementing investment projects in the Far East to conclude agreements with them to receive a subsidy from the federal budget in accordance with the Rules for the selection of recipients of subsidies, including grants in the form of subsidies provided from the budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation to legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, as well as individuals - producers of goods, works, services, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 25, 2023 No. 1781 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
Subsidies are provided to legal entities implementing investment projects in the Far East, in order to reimburse actual costs incurred:
- for technological connection to the networks of engineering and technical support of transport, energy, utilities, engineering and other infrastructure facilities created within the framework of the implementation of investment projects;
- for the creation, reconstruction, and major repairs of infrastructure facilities within the framework of the implementation of investment projects, including the implementation of construction and author's supervision.
- for the connection of a non-public track to the infrastructure of the open joint-stock company Russian Railways to ensure the connection of a newly constructed non-public track or to ensure the possibility of transporting additional volumes of freight in communication with an existing non-public track.
