“Aurora” confirms leadership in air transportation in the Far East based on the results of the first half of the year

“Aurora” Airlines completed the first half of 2025 with growth in operational indicators - passenger traffic for the first six months amounted to 742 thousand passengers, which is 4% higher than the same period last year. The seat occupancy rate in the first half of the year was 82%. In the first half of the year, Aurora carried 61 thousand passengers on international routes, which is 13% higher than the result of the same period last year. In the first half of the year, “Aurora” systematically developed its route network, opening new flights. In January 2025, a route subsidized from the Khabarovsk Region budget, Khabarovsk - Sovetskaya Gavan, was opened. Thanks to more capacious and modern Q400 aircraft, passenger traffic to Sovetskaya Gavan increased threefold, and the total passenger traffic within Khabarovsk Region increased by 43% compared to the same period last year. In June 2025, the international routes were expanded with a new flight Vladivostok - Dalian, which increased the total number of flights to China to twenty per week. Since May 2025, the regular socially significant flight Ulan-Ude - Khuzhir, which is operated twice a week, has been resumed. In June 2025, the socially significant flight from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Nogliki, operated twice a week, subsidized by the Government of the Sakhalin Region, returned to the route network. Since January 2025, the frequency of flights on the Khabarovsk – Nikolaevsk-on-Amur route, subsidized by the Khabarovsk Region government, has increased from 7 to 11 flights per week.
