International Special Economic Zones

International Special Economic Zones (ISEZ) – a part of the territory of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, where a special legal regime for conducting business activities is established.


What is ISEZ?

The International Special Economic Zone (MTOR) is a designated land plot (or plots) within a constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, where a special legal regime for conducting business activities is established.

  • Within ISEZ, tax benefits and administrative preferences apply to its residents.
  • A resident has the right to receive a land plot from the management company for the implementation of their project.
  • A resident has the right to connect to infrastructure facilities: electricity, water, gas, sewage, and heating.
