The moderator of the discussion, Director of the FEDC “Primorye” Alexey Dunayev, noted that in order to develop the border districts of Primorsky Region, documents are currently being prepared to expand the priority development area regime to the territory of the Lesozavodsk urban district, which will allow the development of tourism and logistics industries using tax breaks and administrative preferences.
"We are also ready to offer investors sites in the “Mikhailovsky” ASEZ for the implementation of agricultural projects with a total area of 99.6 hectares, in the “Bolshoy Kamen” ASEZ, sites with a total area of 25.2 hectares are available for production, logistics and tourism projects, and the promising “Zapadnaya” site of the “Primorye” ASEZ with an area of 876.8 hectares is also available to new businesses," said Alexey Dunayev.
