The agreement on the implementation of investment activities in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation was signed on July 22, 2022 in Arkhangelsk between the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic and LLC «Arctic Port-Industrial Complex «TALAGI». The volume of extra-budgetary investments in the project to create the Arctic port-industrial complex "Talagi" will be about 25 billion rubles. This will create 700 new jobs.
