"Muravyov-Amursky - 2030" is a one-year educational program followed by two years of employment in the civil service in the regions of the Far East. The prestige of working in the civil service of the Far East and the Arctic is characterized by numbers - this is a competition for the second stream of 62 people per place. The Muravyov-Amursky 2030 program is being implemented by the Russian Ministry of Eastern Development jointly with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC).
