Awards to entrepreneurs from the Acting Governor of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug
Acting Governor of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug Vladislav Kuznetsov presented awards to entrepreneurs who, over many years of work, have made a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the region. A resident of the Chukotka ASEZ, an individual entrepreneur Pavel Makatrov, was among the 22 businesspersons who received the gratitude of the governor.
Pavel Makatrov became one of the first residents of the Chukotka ASEZ, who implemented an investment project. Since 2017, there has been a greenhouse complex built by him in Anadyr, where greenhouse vegetables are grown in hydroponics. After the expansion of production, 60 tons of cucumbers and greens are harvested here during the year. The farm also plans to grow tomatoes, strawberries and oyster mushrooms. The total amount of investments in the project exceeded 188 million rubles, 27 people were employed at the enterprise.
