A resident of ASEZ Yuzhnaya has launched the production of Dutch and Parmesan cheese in Sakhalin

The dairy factory owned by GreenAgro Sakhalin has a daily output of up to 40 tons of raw milk, which is then used for the production of dairy products popular in Russia. In addition to sour cream, kefir, fermented baked milk and pasteurized milk with various fat content, the product range now includes about 10 varieties of cheese. The first batches of Dutch, Russian, Sour cream and Gouda cheeses will be delivered to Sakhalin retail stores in the next few days. Later on, Sakhalin retail chains will offer to buyers such sorts of cheese as Tilsiter, Vityaz, Maasdam and Parmesan. Upon reaching a full capacity, the dairy plant will produce up to five tons of cheese daily and deliver them not only to local retail stores, but also to other regions of the Far East.
