Attracting private capital to implement master plans for 25 cities in the Far East was discussed by participants of the II Investment and Industrial Forum in Primorye

State support for investment projects, the operation of preferential regimes in the Far East, international cooperation, and tourism development were the main topics of the II Investment and Industrial Forum, which was held at FEFU on November 25 and 26, 2024. Representatives of business, development institutions, government bodies, experts, and guests from friendly countries took part in the forum; an exhibition of industrial and consumer goods was held at the site. One of the key topics in the forum program was the industry session “Master Plans for the Far East – Best Practices”, which was attended by the Managing Director of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) Andrey Sharafutdinov. The forum participants discussed issues of attracting private investment as a tool for implementing master plan projects for cities in the Far Eastern Federal District, digitalization of projects to simplify the work of investors and their reflection in digital services and GIS systems, and spoke about the experience of developers in implementing urban development projects, including social ones.
